 This morning (March 12) the ad for the book is back; it's being advertised as "2010 edition". Clicking on the ad leads directly to US Amazon.com. Is Larry Lehmer still alive? If he is, perhaps he needs to be notified of this ad, so maybe he can find out whoever is funding this ad.
