 Larry Holley passed away this morning at the age of 96. He was born October 7, 1925. Below is a note from the Holley family that was shared to Facebook....

It is with our deepest regret that we must inform you all that our dad and grandfather, Larry Holley, passed away early this morning. We knew that this day would one day be upon us, but you are never fully prepared when that day arrives.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all of your prayers that you have so thoughtfully given over our family during the last few years. While we move forward, in the next few days, we ask that you please remember us in prayer. Please also be understanding as we are going through a loss, and we will be unable to answer questions at this time.

For those wishing to pay their respects in person, we will receive guests on Tuesday, April 12th from 7:00-8:30 PM at Sanders Funeral Home located at 1420 Main St. Lubbock, TX 79401. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 13th at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Sanders Funeral Home.
