Some of you may have this book or know about its existence. It's my third and possibly my last.

It's a project that was made possible with the help of Richard Porter who sadly passed away right after the book's release about two years ago.

Most of you know the details of some of the early actors in "Fourteen Unsung Heroes of Early Rock and Roll Who Didn't Get Their Due," but Porter's contributions are new and very riveting and at times, heartbreaking.

There are also some new musicians that hadn't been written about in detail who made a splash in the early to mid-'60s that you might find very historically interesting and who recorded at Norman Petty's studio. Sonny Curtis and Sonny West also offered some of their thoughts.

It's available in paperback or hardcopy on all the major Internet music outlets. Autographed copies are available if purchased on

This site has the table of contents and photos for your review.
