 Dan, I've enjoyed your comments in the past. The trivia stuff, etc. I'm not even annoyed by the obits like some folks seem to be.

But for the past few weeks your comments have reminded me of someone I used to know. He suffered from a bipolar disorder and would often experience acute manic phases between bouts of deep depression.

Your extra-frequent posts about the "greatest" or "biggest" things ever, with every song or mystery or whatever you find being be the most amazing and astounding in the world, made me think you've been in some sort of manic phase.

This is a message board, not a chat room. People post messages and then move on. A few days later maybe there'll be a response, or maybe not. We're not having real time conversations here.

If that's what you're looking for, there are still chat rooms elsewhere on the internet where you can discuss the greatest song you've ever heard or the world's biggest mystery or the greatest TV theme of all time... and maybe you'll get the rapid responses you seek.

But the things you've been saying here lately, it sounds like you're in an emotional crisis. If so I wish you well and hope it's resolved.
