 I don't know of anyone who has sold the 45 for $4,000. Is the one that purchased it for $1,800 in mint (never been played) condition? If it is, that person got a killer deal. If it isn't, then that's about right. I do know that 45s in mint condition will double the value of a 45. I have a friend who is an ardent collector of Lance Records 45s, and he has "I Wanna Come Back" in mint condition that he wouldn't let go for less than $4,000.
