I'm in favour of the legitimate use of AI and the computer learning software that was made famous by Peter Jackson and his team, so long as it is applied ethically.
Enhancing existing human performances from low fidelity recordings to give them presence and clarity is excellent.
I'm far less supportive of fake creations of a dead performers voice.
The Bobby peoples tapes would be cool to hear with improvements, even though when listened to from a high quality source they already sound pretty good.
All other low fidelity recordings from fans on (TV and live)
could be enhanced to the point of being a lot more interesting.
