The brothers got there copyright in March 1957 Buddy and
Norman April 1957 they waited 28 years to file also at that time Buddy and Norman were both deceased M P l said
that the federal court in Kansas had no jurisdiction as
the brothers were living in Nebraska and Pittsburgh
so it was thrown out of court it sounds like the court
did not want to go up against Paul Mc Cartney and all
his money Kevin
