I think that Monday was an improvement but I've been rather disappointed by Dana Poole's return. I was hoping for the no-bra-wearing, pot smoking badgirl from season 1 and the character seems to have grown up a lot in the past year. Not that growing up is a bid thing but I thought that they character was much more fun as a badgirl than a pseudo-intelectual who sees a shrink.

BTW the PTC (conservative watchdog group who called BP public enemy #1 last season) has commented on what they consider the vast imporvement of season 2. I think that when the anti-first amendment crowd gets on your bandwagon it's a clear sign that something is wrong.
