Lord of the Rings is on my LONG reading list- I did, however, see the movie with my parents, and it was wonderful. Dad was saying some of the lines that were lifted directly from the text along with the characters- it was pretty funny. :)

As for TWoP posts, are you referring to your expressed wish that you be written into the show as Scott's girlfriend? Aw, heck, I think every single GGG has that fantasy. ;)
