Subject: Name of the gospel

Hey.
I just watched Boston Public the other day and they sang a song. I just can't figure out what the title is.
It is the episode where the boy that killed another person in some gang related activities gets shot on his way out of time.
That boy is the lead singer on this song in the choir.

Part of the song goes like this. I might have heard some of it wrong, but most of it should be correct I think.
