In all seriousness, perhaps an official, full-scale campaign IS in order- letter writing, an internet petition, etc. Given how prolific DEK is, it's pretty unlikely that he's reading our grumblings here- the most likely way to reach him is to bombard him with snail mail. I'm also a BIG fan of creativity. Back when another favorite show of mine, Early Edition, was canceled by CBS, the fans of the show got together and started a headlines campaign- they gathered articles from their local papers detailing tragic events and sent them to CBS with a note saying "Gary Hobson could've prevented this from happening- we want season 5!" The EE campaign hasn't found success yet, unfortunately, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try something similar with BP. I'm sure if we put our heads together, we could come up with something equally fun and relevant. For example- and this just popped into my head now- given the current season, we could do a "Valentines for Guber" campaign: get a bunch of those little Valentine's Day cards they sell at your supermarket, drug store, etc, write a little message on them ("We women love Guber- he deserves better than Meredith!" or something of that nature), and mail them to DEK.

Being the webmaster of The Heart Within (http://scottguber.homestead.com), I have the web know-how to coordinate a campaign of this nature if you guys think this is even a remotely good idea. Just let me know. :-)
