免費攝影圖書資料館，為全港首個私人創設全天候開放、完全不收費及不設會員制之免
費攝影圖書資料館。本館宗旨提供各國、各類型、高品質及豐富內容之攝影圖書、資料
；免費開放提供給任何人仕閱讀及研究。再為香港新攝影之發展再反思、再出發！
