 第十二屆東立漫畫新人獎~比賽開始喇!
詳情如下:
資格:無限制。不拘性別、年齡，男女皆可跨組參加
截稿:2002年8月31日截止
題材:強調親情、友情、愛情、奮鬥、夢想、青春等積極正面
意識的題材皆可，不可有過於血腥暴力色情之情節畫面內容。
內容:必須是未發表過的原創作品，嚴禁抄襲他人或國外創
作。抄襲作品倘若獲獎，一經查證屬實，除追討獎牌
及獎金外，將視情節輕重做公開性議處。
形式:30頁(含刊頭)之連環漫畫，一次完結之故事。
送件方式:親自送到東立出版社。地址：臺北市承德路二段81號 10樓
郵寄，以郵戳為憑請寄至：103臺北市承德路二段81號10樓
東立出版社收。
　　 信封上請註明：參加第12屆東立漫畫新人獎。
規則:
1)投稿報名表請以正楷書寫，且必須貼在原稿最後一頁的背面
下方。資料填寫不完全者，恕不受理報名！
2)請將頁碼以鉛筆寫在每頁原稿之右下角。
3)每張原稿需覆蓋上描圖紙，以保護原稿。
4)原稿依標準大小繪製。完稿時請用黑色墨水，陰影部分以網
點處理。原稿不符標準規格或以鉛筆、淡墨完稿者，恕不受
理。
5)對白請寫在描圖紙上，不可直接寫在原稿上。
6)鉛筆線務必擦乾淨，並保持原稿的整潔。
7)作品一律以掛號寄出，如需退稿，請附上貼足100元郵資的
大型信封，否則恕不退件。
8)得獎作品之出版權、映像權、轉載權…等所有權，歸東立
出版社有限公司所有。
9)若有未盡事宜，皆依著作權法辦理。

獎項:
1)少男及少女漫畫組第一名-
獎金60000元及獎盃一座
2)少男及少女漫畫組第二名-
獎金30000元及獎盃一座
3)少男及少女漫畫組第三名-
獎金10000元及獎盃一座
4)少男及少女漫畫組佳作
獎金10000元及獎狀一禎
