或者起初是的，當時麥當奴還未衝出美國，大家都未知多食漢堡包的禍害，於是麥當奴成功了，但同一時間，麥當奴改變了思維策略，它不再靠漢堡包賺錢，麥當奴也不再是飲食業(表面上係)，它其實是搞地產的。

麥當奴買下了所有貴格又有潛力的舖位，在灣仔等地區，你不見麥當奴跟七十一便利店一樣多嗎？而且有麥當奴的地方又帶旺人流，地價便上升了，之後，它將舖租出去、買出去，所賺的比買包多得多！當然它的品牌也是很值錢的，在淡市中發行債券一樣受投資者支持，因為是國際品牌嘛。

所以麥當奴能夠生存至今，是靠那意想不到的構想和商業策略，麥當奴擁有的地產物業是世界第二位，僅次於天主教會，你以為靠我地便養得起它嗎？
