So, as a rookie, what should be the requirement for a junior?
Do i need to have an excellent writing skill in both chinese and english? and besides that, what else?
and if i have got the chance of interview, what will they focus on in the interview? thanks.

1.要文字流暢(在香港中英文文案是兩個職位,所以長於其一即可);
2.要多點子(美指可以只懂雕琢,想不好點子,但文案就不可以);
3.要分析力及組織力強(面對複雜的簡報及混亂的點子,必要有駕御能力);
4.要即積進取;
5.要謙卑受教;
6.要捱得窮(文案約莫只有八千元收入,而且三兩年內不會加薪)。
