I've returned just to warn you all that you shouldn't expect much from the man. Of all the artists I've know in my twenty something years in the industry I think I can truthfully say that I've never known anyone who has had a larger distaste for his fans than Joaquin. His dislike for them comes second only to his hatred of the media, who admittedly caused a terrible time for him and his family when his brother River died. Just why he detests fans so much is something I don't think even he understands, but even the mention of them or some fan-related event requiring his attendance is enough to set off one of his frequent bouts of bad temper. What's more he has steadfastly refused to set up any kind of fanclub, loathes the idea of sending out signed photos and so on, and makes sure that the many cards, letters and presents that are sent to him hit the trash can without ever being opened.
