It depends wat u r looking for i think ask u self this who would u pick to run the decathlon a wieght lifter or a all around atthlete that might not be as strong but has the endurance to win every event but one!!!! if u want power a pitbull, mastiff or any bully breed is the way to go. now there is one out of ten bully breeds that can compete an win not just compete an people say nice dog i thing now i have been wrong before u need a dog that is able to keep u wit the comp. pit bulls are alsome dog but they have been breed so much like other bully breeds to be pets that it is hard to find a good one. and if u do then u have to go into a malinoa or german shep world so now u have two fouls on ur paper an u have not even steped on the field if u are as green as i am first get ur feet wet before u swim wit the sharks becuase a good malis like the best pit if trained right. but good luck wit what every dog u try i am not trying to dis respect u i any way just telling u wat i learned after 2 thousand dollars later
