Date Posted: 08/11/09 1:07:06pm Cavalier K9 Obedience / Protection Fun Event This Winter We are in the process of organizing an obedience / protection event to promote having fun with your K9 no matter what breed or size. We are still looking for suggestion on contest that we can provide. The contests that we are working on at this time are: Obedience Phase Fastest K9 recall and finish (speed calculated by radar) Best attention heel Agility Contest Fastest retrieve of a dumbbell Best K9 good citizen examination Protection Phase Best K9 Grip Most intimating Adversary transport by a K9 K9 Tactics Association surprise scenario (judged using K9 Tactics scoring criteria) Sponsors We are looking for individuals, clubs, business etc. to sponsor each contest. The sponsor will provide the trophy or trophies for the contest they are sponsoring. We still have lots of details to work out to ensure this will be a fun and exciting event.
