As Sundance rode up to the edge of the hill, they spotted a white Stallion galloping up to them, he was lightining fast and big as well....Sundance slowed to a halt, and Arwen jumped off. she walked up to the Stallion and spoke to him in elvish. The horse seemed to understand, he turned to Sundance and reared....he looked her in the eye and said, "hello Sundance, I am Shadowfax, the King of the Elven horses. I would like to stay with your herd for a little while and teach them some of my magic to help protect themselves against the evil ones...."
Sundance shook her head and whinnied to Shadowfax.
Meanwhile, Black Diamond, being the Beta Mare, had to stay behind, even though she had trailed behind them some ways, she could still see the herd. She stood in the distance of the trio, they looked like little specks in the distance. yet, she had a great view of Shadowfax, for he had a white glow about him, obvious of a great king.....she neighed and whinnied when she saw them approaching...they exchanged geetings and rode into the herds grazing grounds....they were all exhausted, a so decided to sleep for the night...
