Okay, I want to put out a major disclaimer here! I've got some spoilers here but I don't want to get anyone's hopes up or down. I haven't really gotten to confirm them yet or not. Of course when I find out i'll let everyone know, but in the meantime-read with caution!

The premiere is in 2 parts.
- DD is NOT in either of the episodes.
- GA is only in part of the episodes, because Scully is on "maternity leave" for 6 weeks.
- CSM is NOT in the episodes.
- At the beginning of part 1, an FBI agent in the headquarters building is killed. Skinner orders a lockdown of the building, but the killer escapes when a false bomb threat is called in and everyone has to be evacuated.
- The FBI agent who was killed, was investigating Deputy Director Kersh.
- Doggett believes (or is told) that Noel Rohr was involved with the murder.
- Doggett goes to visit Mulder, but finds that his apartment has been cleaned out (I'm not sure if this means he's moved in with Scully, but I'm presuming it does). Doggett visits Scully, who is on maternity leave.
- Reyes and Doggett are officially partners on The X-Files unit.
- While at Scully's apartment, Doggett sees two photos on her mantlepiece: one of Emily, her daughter from Season 5, and one of Mulder holding baby William (aww!)
- Doggett's investigation leads him to a boarding house for abandoned and abused children. There, he encounters an adult Samantha, but she flees before he can talk to her. (I'm not sure if this is meant to be a clone or the real Samantha - I assume a clone).
-At the end of part 1, Doggett finds EMILY.
- The episodes deal with a project Noel Rohr was working on known as "Genesis". This was a project which involved eliminating any threat to saving mankind from the end of the world. This explains why Rohr wanted Scully's baby dead while she was pregnant - he thought the baby was our "saviour" against the coming apocalypse/invasion.
- Kersh is supposedly killed.
- The new FBI agent from the casting call sheet appears in part 2 of the premiere.

Again I can't be sure if these are accurate or not.
