Ebay fraud.

An eBay member (Daviso27) sold me a laptop (total junk) for $360 and conveniently insured it for $400 with Fedex. On the waybill the only thing readable was Delta airlines.
He would not take responsibility for the item and told me to go after Fedex, he refused to deal with them and would not supply me with his address.
Since the shipping box was in perfect condition I knew I was defrauded.
The only thing I had was his email address.
The requested contact information from eBay was: Delta Airlines, Orlando and a phone number.
He would not deal with Square Trade.
I reported him to the IFCC and found out he does not work for Delta Airlines at all, but uses the Airlines for a shipping discount.( it took 4 months to get a reply)
I reported this to eBay and asked for correct contact information. I had a lot of trouble getting this information from eBay, they seem to protect the fraud artist.
He was suspended for a few days but is reregistered.
So don�t expect any help from eBay when you get defrauded! And watch out for this character .
