I have read that adrenal insufficiency can cause hair loss, so it only stands to reason that once the problem is corrected the hair would grow back. On the other hand...Cushing's (or too much cortisol) can ALSO cause hair loss...so there is a very fine line with the medications between taking too much or not enough, but with the right doctor watching you, you should be able to monitor your progress and find the dose that's right for YOU!! :)
