Good to ear from you. It makes me sad to hear how you are still struggling. How long have you been down to 20 pred? if it has onlybeen a short time like a week or so some of these things may be temporary until your body adjusts. If it has been longer and you are feeling this way the extra 5 of pred making such a big difference in the quality of your life, it may be better to bite
that bullet as you said. Not being able to go to rehab is hard yes, but you can still try some of the things you did there. You know the drills and you know you can't stay in that chair so you need to start whatever therapy you can do yourself. You know my best wishes, prayers and cyber hugs are sent to you along with this post. I know how frustrating this is but I also know how bad it's been before and how you can and will bounce back.
Do what you can.
