Thank you so much for taking the time to reply Ivy, specially when you are dealing with so much yourself. Just that sometimes I need reassurance and some answers as ever since I went on prednisolone, I have had to do it all pretty much on my own and "just wonder" what is right and what is not.

My respiratory specialist has NEVER been able to be there for me and when I have felt like I just can no longer put up with withdrawals I may ring him but he has never been of much help at all, usually just gives me the "up the dose" or see your GP.

Anyway, today is my 3rd day on 3mg after those "weird" days where I reduce every other day type of thing to help my body get adjusted to the next reduction (this case 3mg). I must admit it can be very frustrating at times and get an urge to just drop the prednisolone by 1mg without all that fuzzing around but I know my body would not be able to cope with that as when I am still reducing every other day - I can still get withdrawals.

Enough of my venting and may you all stay strong as things WILL get better, I know that during this journey.....I have had God with me.

Love & healing hugs,
Kla
