Behind closed doors

4:00 in the morning,
Claustrophobic in her bed.
Pen and paper in her hand,
Suicide in her head.
The pen glides across the paper,
Yet no words flow out.
Shes persistently quiet in her corner,
And tries desperately not to shout.
Her lips and chin quiver,
A tear cascades from her eye,
A mentality that it wouldnt be hard,
Flew out forcing her not to cry.
Hours of endless torture she screams,
The years were wasted with you!
You said itd be forever!
Yet somehow our days are through.
Her hands start shaking,
She finally scribbles out her goodbye.
Her tragic ending decision,
She had been forced to die.
10:00 in the evening,
Unmoved in the same place�
Heart still flooded with pain,
Tears still pouring down her face.
She feels she is trapped,
In an awful series of dreams.
A conspiracy against her,
At least thats how it seems.
She glides her hand over a razor,
And knows she cannot win.
The rust on the blade taunts her,
As she rips it through her skin.
Blood trickles out her wrist,
But she feels nothing at all.
She crosses her legs, and folds her arm
And warped her body into a ball.
Rocking back and forth,
The pain starts to set in.
No more dealing with heartbreak,
A life without her begins.
She attempts not to think,
And gradually loses her mind.
Shes suffered different circumstances,
Of each and every kind.
Her throat begins to burn�
She starts begging for one more breath
She gave her soul up,
And placed it in the hands of death.
Puddles of blood around her
A silent tortured room
If only these walls could talk,
Theyd proclaim her appalling doom.
How she waited so very long
And died for fear of nothing better.
A world she tried to shun�
But the love of her life wouldnt let her.
How she was murdered by the emptiness,
And knowing she was right�
And how she danced with distress
But died this very night.
