Subject: FF idea/suggestion

I don't know if anyone has already written a fic similar to this, but I read the book "Billy Budd" last year and was thinking it would be a pretty interesting JAG episode. I know there was an episode where there'd been a mutiny several hundred years ago that was being reconsidered, so maybe the book could fit into another one. Besides, the main character of the book is a "handsome sailor" with "welkin (sky blue) eyes"...
