Hi Tracy, Mac and Bud had the evidence but did not know what they had. Harm being a pilot knew when he looked at it. I could see the light bulb go on. I felt a little better about the ep because of Harms request of an inquiry (which did not suprise me as when the pilot was on the stand I was watching Harm - this was the first light bulb) then at the end in the Admirals office. Harm knows where his (and Macs) strenghts and weakness are and confident in himself to be able to show this in front of Mac and the Admiral. BTW did you notice the camera and Harms response to it whenever he entered the courtroom. He almost cringed and I felt that he was trying to sneak in. I did not think it was fair of the Admiral to give this case, before cameras, as Rabbs first. Unless knowing Harm as well as he does it was to annoy the SecNav as in the jogging/limo scene. A new Judge Rabb was a wild card. We know Rabb always wants the truth no matter whose truth it is. His actions unpredictable but his motives consistant.
