Yep, the dinosaur jumped right out
on up;
wanted to leave the universe
and in a manner I guess he did
since the universe had been altered
and therefore
it was not the original one
that is
with the blue sky round earth
since it had all been gobbled down
and like I already have told you
they turned a nice bright blue

The one that jumped, well
luckily, it was a quarter or so of moon
and he was able to cling on to it

It sort of swung for a while
as if on a hinge
and he enjoyed it
back and forth
back and forth
like a swing

His mates below looking at him
blue
wondering when they were going to get their turns
but he just swang more
higher and higher
till his grubby little fingers couldn�t stand the centripetal motion
any longer, and he just flew away

Really fast, well to put it bluntly
like shooting star

You see, even a dinosaur
swinging on a moon gets significant force going
and well he just zipped right on out

Of course this all looked liked fun
and the next dinosaur leaped up
doing the same
of course he flew right off
right down he line

Till there were no more

A few grass hoppers wanted to do it too
but they just couldn�t concentrate well enough

And that is how they all left
this place

They sky eventually returned to blue
since
well
that is just the way it is

Skies always turn blue after a spell
and the dinosaurs actually did
become shooting stars and comets
and that is where they came from

I did not mean this to be a history
of the cosmos at all
or an explanation
of how the sky at one time lost its color
but it did
and that�s just the way it goes
