... just to exemplify it's more a matter of taste over propriety.

I am no Poe, nor Shakespeare, nor Yeats nor Keats, nor even a William Carlos Williams, or a Richard Brautigan... but I dare say the character that made each of those artists unique and entertaining would have suffered had they exclusively followed the patterns or techniques of the others... Such is literature, particularly poetry...

And... something yelled at you doesn't make it true.
