As he stood there, leaning against the door frame as the females nerves intensified as she took in the large male standing before her. He had to bite his lip from not laughing out loud, not wanting to scare her and send her running away since she seemed like a nice fae, she just didn't expect him. But the way she was acting made it seem like he was going to pounce on her and rape here there, which was far from his mind right now as red hot pain raced up and down his shoulder, down to his fingertips making them twitch. He could mask the pain, make it seem like he was a macho male and could stand it but right now he really just wanted a bottle of aspirin and a nice hot bath. "I'm sorry, but I don't know how. I could try?" Her timid voice reached his sensitive ears, as he had almost turned away and walked back into his apartment. Looking at her, he wondered if she could handle it. "If you want to, I won't force you to do anything because it is coming out one way or another." Backing away from the door to let her in, he accidentally hit his arm against the sofa sending a shockwave of pain through his system. Wincing and letting out a small gasp, he gripped the sofa hard so that his knuckles turned white.
