Jerome couldn't stop himself from rolling his eyes slightly, though under the circumstances it probably wasn't the best idea. Good thing he never claimed to be a genius, no? "I sincerely doubt that my hands would appreciate being separated, but you never know," and he still couldn't shut up... 'Idiot.' His mind hissed at him. He strangled a yelp when the elder vampire bit him again, making sure to growl even more lowly than before. "Teme(bastard)," he snapped before snorting at the mental communication,"Glad to see you're so confident." Obviously being a vampire for the past ten years had not helped him curb his tongue and it was doubtful that anything would. Not to mention he had a very high tolerance level. Well, except for when it came to his neck.
Startled slightly at the new voice Jerome looked over at her, a slight smirk pulling at his lips. It was obvious she was tired, which the thief in him insisted was good in a mark, and it was also obvious that she wasn't worth stealing from. "Why the Hell should I care about the neighbors? This is Cascade, they're used to it by now," he demanded with a slight shrug, taking a few steps away from the other male. Shaking his head, he doesn't answer the question, just examines the female a little closer.
