Smirk given silently as she continued to sit with her window seal, wondering when he would give up or get lucky enough to snag at least something to eat. He'd moved form now near the pier, but even as food came into sight that annoying barrier popped up again. Slightly sting given whatever part of his flesh was touched by it. Alerting him to the fact that his stubourness in time would dearly hurt him if he continued. And like before the human walked by unknowing of the danger he'd just been saved from. Lucky duck, but not so for poor dragy. The alley was all that was left as a semi good hunting ground, the people there riddled with drugs and booze, malnurished and filthy...but it was the only place he might snag a meal. All clubs, underground hunting lairs, and the beach and peir were off limits. He had the alley and nothing more...but would he realize this, was the question.
