Tabitha was silently berating herself... it took her a split second to register that he'd said anything. And before she understood his words, he was lifting her face, and lowering his lips to her's. She opened her lips, possibly to voice a protest. Too late. All she could do now was loose herself in his kiss. It took her a second to respond, and when she did, there was no hesitation. Her hand went to the back of his neck, her other hand carefully laid on an unharmed portion of his chest. Desire welled up strong and forceful in her, and without a thought, Tabitha scooted herself closer to him on hte counter, legs wrapping around his waist
