Hi! I refuse to answer questions like this because each exam board is different. Also, for every exam there are so many different options that - if I tried to tell you what to do - I fear that many pupils would get hold of the wrong end of the stick and could make a mess of their exam.

So the only advise I can give for this is to get in touch with your own teacher - or a clever kid on your course - and sort out with them exactly what YOU are doing.

But, you know, there are no guarantees even after you have done this! They may change things for this exam.
Be prepared in the exam to 'think on your feet' and to be flexible.

The real tricks are:
1. LEARN THE STUFF
2. know how to approach each kind of question, be able to recognise the different kinds of question, and be ready to apply your historical question-answering skills to what you find in front of you.
