I get scared to deal with questions like these, because it SO depends on which syllabus you're following.
The only reliable answer I can give you is to GO TO YOUR TEACHER AND ASK them to tell you.

IF you are doing AQA - as my pupils are - I can tell you the topics in the Britain in World War II option (Z):
1. How did Britain resist Hitler (BEF in Europe 1939-40/ Dunkirk/ Battle of Britain/ Battle of the Atlantic/ D-Day and the defeat of Germany).
2. How did the war change life in Britain (evacuation, conscription, censorship/propaganda, the Blitz/ARP, internment, role of women, rationing/effects of submarine warfare).

But see your teacher to check what is the case FOR YOU.
