Well I can hardly say that today's world is perfect but I can safely say we aren't under nazi rule and all though its rumoured to be illegal to say this in germany but we did win the war. Yet I still believe that winning world war 2 was thanks to Churchill. Appeasement gave us time and i'm sure it could have been avoided if we had used a different method but the way you worded what you said has made me think that maybe in the long run, appeasement was successful?
