I don't think that Appeasement helped us prepare because after one or two major issues involving Germany, we could've started to rearm espcially after Nuremberg where Hitler showed off his fancy new Panzers and his Messerschmitts. THAT WAS IN 1936!!!! This gave us time to maybe design and develop some tanks that actually worked effectively!!!!!! The Spitfires and Hurricanes were good enough in the air, it was just that there wasn't enough although we did eventually hold out. When Nuremberg happened didn't nobody think about the meaning of it?
