right well im not an artist in the least but firstly is there anywhere that does downsizeds pictures cause im finding it hard to get a representatie view of the paintings as they are all to large to fit on the screen at once. anyway aside from that ill just say what struck me most about some of the paintings. firstly id like to draw your attention to the fact that in several of the paintings i.e. head VI, there is a structural feature in the form of a 3D box drawn in white and appears to encompass or be a main area of focus for the main subject matter of the pictures. were these drawn merely for structural purposes when starting the drawing and then left or were the done to draw more attention to the main subject and even make the painting appear more puzzling and intricate? one more thing is the way in which the pictures seem to be rising or coming forth from some kind of hiding. the painting head VI is a good example the main body and face are obviously apparant to us but they appear to be surfacing from what seems to me a layer of sand(maybe due to the colour used) or some shadows. these are the main points i pick up and which interest me when i observe the paintings. just thought you'd like some imput. anny views on these would be most welcome
