Hello there. I'd just like to thank everyone who was there for making the Reading Festival an enjoyable experience. I believe most of the fun to be had is in the campsite itself and I'm sure if it was just me on my own sitting in the middle of that big field, um, it would have been crap. Special thanks go out to Richard Grant for generally being one of the funniest people while pissed, likewise Richard Scott. Also Chris Hayward for carrying various pieces of equipment to the site, Jenny and her friend (Anna I think) who brightened up my soberness on the last night with general Weezer discussion and all the females in the vicinity who brightened up the campsite as blokes (particularly Hodge) are ugly. No offense to those who have dicks.

Highlights: Hash fudge, Green Day, Richard Grant having a "Phat" time in the dance tent, finding out the arena bogs really aren't that bad - meaning lengthly trips into town are unnecessary, Living End, the Beer Trolley, general campsite tomfoolery

Lowlights: Extreme weather, painful feet, the Hole's various illnesses, extortionate prices, not an amazing line-up, people knicking my beer from my tent meaning I only had 3 cans all weekend, Jason puking in my tent, thinking people were about to tip over the portaloo I was in, having a wet arse all weekend from the ground, not discovering hash fudge earlier
