Hi, I have to say after reading some of the post on here it seems like I have a wonderful job! I do feel this is the best nanny job I have had! I am a nanny for a little girl, who is 18 months old and has down syndrome. I was just wondering if any other nannies are caring for down syndrome children. And are there any nannies close to Cape Girardeau, Missouri. IF you are in the St. Louis area that is fine, too. As we go to St. Louis quite often for appointments and grocery shopping at Wild Oats and Whole Foods. Well feel free to write me mandy_2003@yahoo.com.
