I am 26 and work for my mother caring for my 12 year old down syndrome brother. 5 days a week at least 20 hours with him and 20 hours on call. During summers am with him for 50 hours a week.

I would like to know the avrage wage that I should be charging.

Right now I make next to nothing. 400 a month.
