Charles Van Heester, oficial reformado do exército, procura familiares de João Viegas Vallagao, nascido em Antuérpia a 21 de Outubro de 1922, filho de João Viegas Vallagao, nascido em 22 ou 23 de Outubro de 1891 em S. Brás de Alportel. Refere que o pai deste último era consul comercial em Antuérpia. O primeiro encontrava-se á guarda do dito Charles Van Heester. Também encontrei referência ao facto de um João Viegas Vallagao ter ganho uma prova de automobilismo na Bélgica em 1957.
