i am supposed to sleep with it on but haven't been able to sleep real well with it. my ortho said i needed to wear it as much as possible but absolutely no less than 18 hours a day. my ortho did say that i could take the first week to get used to it and work my way up to 18 but starting tomorrow i am supposed to have it on for at least 18 hours. i'm not usually home 18 hours a day (even counting sleeping time) so i don't know how i could ever get all those hours in.
