yes headgear does work well on adults i'm 46 an still in headgear i wearit to work also my molors didn't want to move an was ask if i would wear it , i was shocked but said yes , it takes getting use to an hurts at first pretty bad on my part anyway but has got the molors moving an that nasty overbite is just about gone .
