Well its not exactly cheap compared to the dorms here but it isn't totally unreasonable either and when you figure we have a real kitchen to use and enough room for all our stuff and all that its worth it! I didn't tell anyone I was getting braces and they made me suffer for that for the first week or so, but since then they've been really good about putting up with me when I'm whining about sore teeth. Everyone is really good about my headgear since they know how hard it was for me when I got it, even though I expected it as part of the treatment plan so maybe you'll be OK. You can always find something else to blackmail them with! :-)
