I too notice that I clench my teeth now that I have braces. I have occasional headaches behind my eyes and pain between my shoulder blades. Can't a dentist tell if a person has been clenching/grinding thier teeth for years when they examine them? I never thought I did before, and my dentist never mentioned it. But now I wonder...
