I have black triangles between my bottom 4 teeth, (and a small one between my top front teeth, but that was manmade by my hygienist trying to get rid of a stain left from where my teeth had been crooked for years, she used what I can only describe as 'sandpaper floss' to try and scrape it away and wore away some of my tooth by the gumline...........must remember to thank her for that.....not) back to the point......the triangles at the bottom have gradually reduced in the last 6 weeks as the gum appears to be slowly filling the gaps. I try to make sure I brush my gums with a soft brush (hoping to stimulate bloodflow and help them........could it be working? who knows)
