I just had 4 wisdoms taken out on Monday so I know how you feel. For me though, the numbness wore off and I actually didn't have too much pain. I was prescribed painkillers but I didn't take them. If you are the type that can handle some pain, you can wait and see what it's like because painkillers have the effect of putting you to sleep and making you naseaous (maybe your doc gave you anti naseau pills too).

If not, take the painkillers before the numbness wears off to keep from feeling the soreness. You just gotta kinda make them fall in. =p
