Hi skowjams: The ortho did look at my splint last week and it still seems to fit OK. He told me to wear the splint if I'm getting the headaches again. However, I wonder what will happen when I get my lower braces on. Since my splint won't fit over the lower braces then, I hope he'll come up with another idea, like a soft splint or something. I'm pretty sure that I still grind and clench at night too. Thanks for your input. I hope we both get relief from headaches soon. Sue
