Hello all,

I've had my braces on since about March or so of this year and so far, I haven't had too much pain/pressure after my monthly adjustments. That is, until yesterday's adjustment...they put this chain of ligatures on my top teeth and put a thicker wire with "steps" on the bottom teeth and talk about PRESSSURE, I'm back to not being able to chew without pain now.

Anyone else experience something like this? Is this normal given these changes to my braces?

Regards,

Vicki Tan aka CATWOMAN
